1-inch chunks. Place in a small pot with enough water to cover, bring to a
boil, and simmer until yam is tender. Place all ingredients, except the yam
cooking water in a food processor, or in a bowl for use with a hand blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding the reserved cooking water to achieve the
desired consistency. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
