Great Northern Mock Tuna Salad

1 (15-oz) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbls finely chopped onion
2 Tbls sweet pickle relish*
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1 Tbls plus 1 tsp Nayonnaise or Vegannaise
dash garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Place beans in a medium bowl and mash with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill several hours to blend flavors.
Serves: 4

NOTE: Add a dash of kelp seeds (available in spice sections) and/or bay seasonings to lend a hint of the sea to this salad.
