Creolé Spice

       Excerpt from: A Vegetarian Cooks’ Book, The Green Cutting Board Press, 2004


2 1/2 tsps of paprika
2 Tbls sea salt
2 Tbls garlic powder
1 Tbls black pepper
1 Tbls onion powder
1 Tbls cayenne pepper
1 Tbls dried leaf oregano
1 Tbls dried thyme

Mix coarsely and store in airtight container
Yield 2/3 Cup
